We guarantee the products on our website have been sought with great care, and the quality of each item is of a very high standard. Should you be unhappy with your purchase, or wish to make an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will refund your purchase or exchange the goods as required. The only exceptions are Sale and Custom Made items (eg. Vintage Wallpaper Animal range, Custom Lettering, anything custom made).
We check our products personally before they are sent out. However, if you receive an item that is damaged we will replace it immediately. Please contact us within 7 days of purchase in order for us to replace the product.
Any returns must be unused and returned in original packaging. Once received we will refund the purchase price or exchange the item, but cannot refund the freight costs.
All prices quoted are in NZ dollars and include GST (15%).
Payment is easy, simply select the item/s you wish to purchase, add the items to your shopping bag, then follow the steps to complete the purchase via our secure DPS managed payment gateway. Chicos does not keep any record of your credit card details, and our website is secure, meeting the latest NZ PCI standards. DPS payment express also offers a second payment option, account 2 account. This is a simple bank transfer process in the same manner as internet banking. This is selected under the DPS payment express selection.
Payment can also be made by direct credit through Internet Banking upon invoice, or by cheque. This is the same means as DPS payment express but you process payment yourself through your own banking website. Follow the normal steps on our website to complete the purchase and select payment option Bank Deposit. Payment details are displayed after the order has been processed through the checkout. If the payment is being made by cheque, please allow up to 5 business days for cheque clearance before the goods are despatched.

To select our Layby option simply add items required to your shopping bag and at checkout select ‘Bank Deposit' as the payment option. In the ‘comments’ section please enter Layby and specify whether payments will be made over either 4 or 6 weeks. At the end of the checkout process, your receipt will have our bank account details for payments. A deposit of 20% (non-refundable) must be received within 3 working days (and the balance over either 4 or 6 weeks).
Please note: the minimum amount for Layby is $75 and sale items are not available for Layby.
Your purchase will be despatched within 2 working days of payment, unless the stock is unavailable, in which case we will contact you and advise when delivery can be expected. If you would like anything couriered urgently please let us know so we can arrange for you. Please note, rural delivery can take up to 5 working days.
The cost of delivery is $6.90 Nationwide, $9.90 for Rural Nationwide, FREE for all non-rural purchases over $75 within NZ. Signatures are required for deliveries, please let me know if you wish to have this option removed.

International shipping is available - $18 for standard shipping to Oceania and $40 for standard shipping to the Rest of the World.
